Ananya Marwah

Managing Partner and Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India

Ananya Marwah enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2018, subsequently completed a Master of Laws in Cyber Law and qualified as an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India in 2026. She has substantial experience in legal research, case strategy, drafting and filing, including writ petitions, suits, appeals, legal briefs and other court documents, supported by a detailed understanding of Supreme Court rules and procedures.

Civil, commercial and service matters; company and contractual disputes; arbitration; insolvency and bankruptcy; civil procedure; consumer law; cyber law; and constitutional litigation. She appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, labour courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and arbitral tribunals.
